This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") defines the support structure, response obligations, and service commitments applicable to Insignary Clarity and related products licensed to direct customers and Authorized Partners worldwide.
Authorized Partners are responsible for communicating applicable terms to their end customers. Products in scope: Clarity, Clarity AIR, Clarity SC.
Insignary operates a two-tier support model designed to ensure timely and effective resolution of all customer issue

All support tickets must be assigned a severity level at the time of submission. Insignary reserves the right to reclassify a ticket if the reported severity does not accurately reflect the actual impact.

Initial response times are measured from the moment a ticket is received via the Insignary Service Desk or email, during Business Hours.

During the term of any active license or subscription, Insignary provides the following at no additional charge:

Insignary reserves the right to suspend a Customer's or user's access to SaaS services under the following circumstances. Where reasonably practicable, Insignary will provide advance notice prior to suspension.
Customers are responsible for backing up (downloading) all Customer Data via the functionality provided within the SaaS service prior to the subscription termination date. Upon expiration or termination of a SaaS subscription, Insignary will delete all Customer Data within thirty (30) days, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties prior to termination.
Customers requiring data retention beyond the standard 30-day period, or requiring data migration assistance, may request an extended retention arrangement prior to the termination date. Such arrangements are subject to mutual written agreement and may be subject to additional fee.
During the term of the subscription, Customer Data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services and is handled in accordance with Insignary's applicable data protection policies.
The effective delivery of support services depends on the Customer's cooperation. Customers are expected to:
Insignary values input from customers and partners as a key driver of product and service quality. Customers are encouraged to submit product feedback, feature requests, and service improvement suggestions through the Insignary Service Desk or directly to their designated contact.
All feedback received is reviewed by Insignary's product and engineering teams and considered for inclusion in future product roadmap planning. While Insignary does not guarantee implementation of any specific suggestion, it is committed to transparent communication regarding the status of submitted feedback where practicable.
This SLA does not apply to issues arising from the following:
This SLA is reviewed annually or upon mutual agreement between the parties. Insignary reserves the right to update the terms of this SLA with a minimum of 60 days' prior written notice to the Customer or Authorized Partner. Any amendments to this SLA must be made in writing and agreed upon by duly authorized representatives of both parties.
In the event of a conflict between this SLA and the terms of an applicable Order Form or license agreement, the terms of the Order Form or license agreement shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.
